Welcome to our family
Welcome to the farm. We have been sustainably gardening on this land since 2010.
I have been working in greenhouses and agricultural farms since I was 14.
My family has been gardening for a long time. My parents both cared for our large vegetable garden, and my mother was and still is an avid gardener. Growing and selling for florists and farmers markets at her peak production.
Her father raised their family through Flower Farming. My Grandfather and Great- Uncle farmed in Soham, England. They worked hard and were the largest Delphinium suppliers from London to Scotland at the peak of their production.
Many hired hands were needed to harvest the fresh flowers, and during the summers the seasonal workers reached up to 40 men and women.
Their father, my Great Grandfather had bought land and began farming flowers near Angle Common, Soham, England. He passed on the business to my Grandad and Great- Uncle who later expanded.
I have fond memories walking through my grandads land. He doesn’t know that I continued flower farming here in the US, but…..when I am working in the gardens I feel a real connection to the land, and the tradition I am carrying on as a land worker, and flower farmer.
